Standards
This standard specifies the requirements for processed poultry carcasses, poultry parts and poultry products for human consumption. It gives definitions of the market classes of poultry and requirements for sanitation, plant hygiene, the dressing operation, grading, packaging, labelling and marketing as well as ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of poultry products imported and locally produced and processed poultry. It does not apply to freshly killed poultry prepared for direct sale to consumers for which conditions may be prescribed in National Regulations.
This International Standard gives the minimum specifications for rice (Oryza sativa L.) which is subject to international trade , it is applicable to the following types, husked rice and milled rice ,parboiled or not, intended for direct human consumption. It is neither applicable to other products derived from rice, nor to waxy rice (glutinous rice).
This standard establishes requirements for grades of paddy, cargo rice, milled rice; cargo parboiled rice and milled parboiled rice. It also specifies the general conditions for sampling and the methodologies for assessing the various factors used in the determination of the quality of rice.
This Recommendation specifies
· legal metrology requirements for prepackaged products (also called prepackaged commodities or prepackaged goods) labeled in predetermined constant nominal quantities of mass, volume, linear measure, area, or count, and
· sampling plans and procedures for use by legal metrology officials in verifying the quantity of product in prepackages.
NOTE: The sampling plans are not recommended for use in the quantity control processes of the packer.
This standard specifies legal metrology requirements for labelled packaged commodities with constant nominal content and subject to international trade. It also covers sampling plans for net content verification of goods declared in units of mass or volume.
This standard specifies the requirements and methods of test for liquid household chorine bleaches.
This specification covers hollow and solid (see 5.3 and 5.4) concrete masonry units made from hydraulic cement, water, and mineral aggregates with or without the inclusion of other materials. There are three classes of concrete masonry units: Normal Weight, Medium Weight, and Lightweight. These units are suitable for both load bearing and non-load bearing applications. This standard covers hollow blocks from sizes of 3in. (76.2mm) to 8 in. (203.2mm).
Concrete masonry units covered by this specification are made from lightweight or normal weight aggregates, or both.
This standard specifies performance requirements for hollow load-bearing concrete masonry units made from Portland cement, water and mineral aggregates with or without the inclusion of other materials. It covers three weight classifications of the concrete masonry units: (a) normal weight; (b) medium weight; and (c) lightweight.
This standard specifies requirements for hollow non-load-bearing concrete masonry units made from portland cement, water and mineral aggregates with or without the inclusion of other materials. It covers three weight classifications of the concrete masonry units: (a) Normal weight; (b) Medium weight; and (c) Light weight. It also covers the sampling and testing of hollow non-load-bearing concrete masonry units for compressive strength, absorption, weight, moisture content and dimensions. It does not cover blocks intended solely for decorative purposes.
