Standards
This part of the IEC 61970 series provides a set guidelines and general infrastructure capabilities required for the application of the EMS -API interface standards . This part of the IEC 61760 series describes typical integration scenarios where these standard are to be applied and the of types of application to be integrated . A reference model is defined to provide a framework for the application of the other parts of these EMS- API standard. This reference model is based on a component interfaces for information exchange between applications in a control center environment . While the primary objective of the EMS-API is to support the integration of applications within the control center applications and systems external to the control center environment , such as other control centers, ISOs RTOs and distribution systems, This standard describes the role of the other parts of the standards , including the common information model (CIM) in the IEC 61970-3XX series the component interface specifications (CIS) in the IEC 61970-4XX series and technology mappings in the IEC 61770 - %XX series.
This Technical Report presents an overview and guidance for the IEC 61158 series. It explains the structure and content of IEC 61158, shows how to use it in combination with IEC 61784, and relates the structures to the ISO/IEC 7498 OSI Basic Reference Model.
IEC 61511-2 provides guidance on the specification design , installation operation and maintenance of safety instrumented functions and related safety instrumented system as defined in IEC 61511-1. This standard has been organized so that each clause and sub clause number herein addresses the same number in IEC 61511-1 (with the exception of the annexes).
This International Standard applies to the generation of electromagnetic energy, from sound and television receivers, for the reception of broadcast and similar transmissions and from associated equipment. The frequency range covered extends from 9 kHz to 400 GHz. No measurement need be performed at frequencies where no limits are specified.
This part of CISPR 16 is designated a basic standard which specifies the characteristics and performance of equipment for the measurement of radio disturbance voltage and currents in the frequency range 9 kHz to GHz. Specifications for the ancillary apparatus are included for artificial mains networks, current and voltage probes and coupling units for current injection on cables. The requirements of this publication shall be complied with at all frequencies and for all levels of radio disturbance voltages and currents within the CISP indication range of equipment. Methods of measurement are covered in Part 2 and further information on radio disturbance is given in Part 3 of CISPR 16.
This part CISPR 16 is designated a basic standard , which specifies the manner in which measurement uncertainty is to be taken in to account in determining compliance with CISPR limits. The material is also relevant to any EMC test when interpretation of the results and conclusions reached will be impacted by the uncertainty of the instrumentation used during the testing . Annex A contains the background material used in proving the amount of measurement uncertainty found in generating the CISPR values shown in Clause 4 and hence provides valuable background material for those needing both initial and further information on measurement uncertainty and how to take into account individual uncertainties in the measurement chain. The annex however is not intended to be a tutorial of user manual or to be copied when making uncertainty calculations. For that, the references shown in the bibliography should be used.
This International standard specifies the information to be listed in specification sheets for electrophotograpic digital copying machines and multi-function devices. The intention of this International standard is to allow purchasers and users to compare the characteristics models of copying machines and multi-function devices so that they can more easily select copying machines and multi-function devices that meet their requirements.
Radio communication in which transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public these may include sound programmes television programmes and other types of transmission.
This international standard applies to single- phase and three phase oil - immersed power transformers including auto-transformer with the exception of certain small and special transformers as defined in the scope of IEC 60076-1 It identifies transformer windings to their highest voltage for equipment Un associated with their corresponding rated insulation levels and details the relevant applicable dielectric tests and minimum external clearances in air between live parts of bushing and to objects at earth potential.
This part of IEC 60076 gives guidance and explanatory comments on the existing procedures for lighting and switching impulse testing of power transformers to supplement the requirements of IEC 60076-3 . It is also generally applicable to the testing of reactors (see IEC 60289 modification to power transforming procedures being indicated where required.
