This Code of Practice gives recommendations for storage of tyres, inner tubes and flaps.

This document applies to single storey houses up to 7.62 m x 12.19 m (25 ft x 40 ft) plan, with hollow block masonry or timber framed walls, and timber framed or concrete roofs. It provides the user with the technical information to supervise the construction of a safe and durable house, and to facilitate checks on whether a safe and durable house is being built.
This document does not include construction details for utilities (including plumbing, electrical, communications, security, and natural gas. It also does not include construction details for solid brick masonry.
This Guyana Standard is a glossary which defines terms related to passenger car and commercial vehicle tyres. The standard is divided into six sections dealing respectively with general definitions, definitions related to structure, main components, tyre dimensions, service, injury and repair.
This standard specifies physical dimensions, performance and marking requirements for new, used and retreaded pneumatic tyres for highway commercial vehicles.

This standard shall be applied to the production and processing of raw to heat-treated liquid milk and factory milk for human consumption. Additionally, it covers the composition and labelling of fluid milk, and fluid milk products such as pasteurised, flavoured, condensed and evaporated milk. Since the sale of raw milk for direct consumption by the end-consumer is not recommended, this standard does not establish requirements for the sale of raw milk directly to the end consumer.
Additionally, it does not cover related milk products such as fermented milk products and cheeses.
This CARICOM Regional Standard provides requirements for implementation and maintenance of a food safety and sanitation programme for tourism establishments.
While these requirements may be applicable to other establishments where food is prepared and served, for the purposes of this document the standard applies to all food premises which are part of the tourism establishment.
This standard applies to structures, and food transport vehicles and associated equipment, fixtures and fittings used by the food business in the tourism establishment.
This standard does not apply to organisations such as government ministries, regulatory departments and agencies, associations and statutory bodies that do not provide a tourism related service.
This CARICOM Regional Standard specifies requirements for a water treatment management and efficiency programme for tourism establishments including:
a) the definition of terms common to water service providers;
b) basic requirements for drinking water supply and treatment systems;
c) guidelines for objectives, service assessment criteria and related performance indicators;
d) benchmarks for measuring performance of water management, treatment and efficiency.
This standard does not apply to:
a) organisations such as government ministries, regulatory departments and agencies, associations and statutory bodies that do not provide a tourism related service; and
b) objectives set forth by the national water authority and other relevant agencies which are to be achieved through implementation of national standards and compliance obligations.
The purpose of this Standard is to provide criteria for the safe erection, use, and inspection of access scaffold (as covered in CSA S269.2 and engineered systems) and for the training of erectors and users of such equipment.
1.2 Subjects addressed
This Standard applies to the erection, use, and inspection of access scaffold that is
a) supported on a surface;
b) hung from multiple points, but is not capable of moving vertically or horizontally; or
c) mounted on wheels.
This Standard addresses key hazards, including fall hazards, structural instability, platform failures, and material handling problems.
Note: In this Standard, the term erection refers to the assembling, altering, or dismantling of a scaffold.
While this Standard applies to scaffold as defined in Clause 3, this Standard is not limited to scaffold used solely for the purpose of construction, maintenance, or repair operations.
1.3 Equipment not covered
This Standard does not apply to the following:
a) falsework and formwork for construction purposes, as covered in CSA S269.1;
b) suspended access equipment, as covered in CSA Z91 and CAN/CSA-Z271;
c) elevating work platforms, as covered in CAN/CSA-B354.6, CAN/CSA-B354.7, and CAN/CSA-B354.8;
d) manual or powered mast-climbing work platforms, such as a pump jack scaffold or equipment covered in CSA B354.9, CSA B354.10, and CSA B354.11;
e) centre-pole scaffolds; and
f) appliances or accessories attached to scaffold.
1.4 Terminology
In this Standard, shall is used to express a requirement, i.e., a provision that the user is obliged to satisfy in order to comply with the standard; should is used to express a recommendation or that which is advised but not required; may is used to express an option or that which is permissible within the limits of the standard; and can is used to express possibility or capability.
Notes accompanying clauses do not include requirements or alternative requirements; the purpose of a note accompanying a clause is to separate from the text explanatory or informative material.
Notes to tables and figures are considered part of the table or figure and may be written as requirements.
Annexes are designated normative (mandatory) or informative (non-mandatory) to define their application.
